Use this form if you want to return an unopened product within 14 days of delivery.
You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough — an email to contact@orvenia.co saying so will do. The form is here because some people prefer a template.
Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm your return and give you the correct return address. Parcels sent back without prior confirmation cannot be matched to an order.

What happens next
- Send this form, or an equivalent message, to contact@orvenia.co.
- We will acknowledge it by email and send you the return address.
- Return the product, unopened and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost — we recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
If your product was faulty, damaged or incorrect
Do not use this form, and do not pay to return it. That is covered separately by our Refund & Returns Policy, section 4 — you have two years, and we pay the return postage. Email contact@orvenia.co with photos of the product, the defect and the batch label.
