They cover browsing and using the Site. If you buy something, our Terms & Conditions of Sale also apply. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from the Site.

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

You may browse the Site, and use it to place orders, for your own personal and non-commercial purposes.

  • copy, scrape, mirror or systematically extract content from the Site
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the Site's operation or security
  • place fraudulent orders, or use another person's payment details
  • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
  • resell our Products without our prior written agreement

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

3. Accounts

If the Site offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account.

Tell us immediately at contact@orvenia.co if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.

4. Content you submit

You may be able to submit content — a product review, a photograph, a question.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to display, reproduce and adapt it in connection with the Site and our Products.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, infringes someone else's rights, or invades anyone's privacy.

We may remove any submitted content, at our discretion, without notice.

We do not monitor everything submitted, and we are not responsible for content submitted by users. If you see something that breaches these Terms, tell us at contact@orvenia.co and we will review it.

5. Our content

Everything on the Site — text, images, photographs, video, logos, designs, software, trademarks, visual identity, database and structure — belongs to Orvenia or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

6. Information on the Site

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or error-free at all times. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice.

Content on the Site is general information about our Products. It is not medical advice. Our Products are food supplements, not medicines. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, speak to a healthcare professional before using them.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for maintenance, updates or business reasons, without notice.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not operate. Those links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices — review those yourself.

You may not link to the Site from another site without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
