Shipping policy
We ship your order quickly and carefully so you can start using it without waiting.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
We do not ship outside these destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot deliver to you yet.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within [PROCESSING_TIME] business hours of payment being confirmed.
Once dispatched, delivery takes:
- United Arab Emirates: [DOMESTIC_TRANSIT] business days
- Rest of GCC: [REGIONAL_TRANSIT] business days
These times are estimates. They can vary with destination, customs clearance and carrier load. In all cases we will deliver your order within 30 days of the order being placed. If we cannot, we will email you a new delivery date and you may cancel for a full refund.
Delivery charges
Charges depend on where you are, and are always shown at checkout before you pay.
United Arab Emirates
- AED 25 on orders under AED 200
- Free on orders of AED 200 or more
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman
- AED 70, flat rate
- Free delivery is not currently available outside the UAE
Duties and taxes

Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery address
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
